The building, spanning approximately 150 square meters, is spread across two floors. The main entrance leads into the spacious kitchen, serving as a junction to access the living area with a dining table and a lounge area that opens directly onto the garden. From the living area, there is access to a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and the laundry room. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is a bedroom on two levels: on the ground floor, there is a double sofa bed and a study corner, while on the mezzanine, there are a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The floor is completed by a bathroom with a shower. A staircase from the kitchen leads to the upper floor, housing a double bedroom with a study area.
Park
The property extends over two hectares planted with lemon trees and features extensive areas of flat lawn. The area surrounding the residence is adorned with flowering hedges, cycads, and potted plants. Adjacent to the pool, a dedicated space for exiting the villa accommodates a dining area. The parking area is located immediately inside the entrance gate.
Swimming Pool
The pool is positioned at the same level as the villa, just a couple of meters away, and is easily reached by a few steps from the French doors in the living area. It is sanitized with chlorine and measures 10 x 5 m, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.40 m. Featuring an in-pool whirlpool and a waterfall, it is complemented by submerged steps and a metal ladder for access. The surrounding flooring, made of terracotta, hosts the sunbathing area where loungers shaded by umbrellas are placed. Nearby, there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The pool is usable at night thanks to both internal and external lighting. It will be available from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
