The villa has two non-connecting floors, each with its own entrance. LOWER FLOOR – Accessed via 16 external steps from the parking area; living area with kitchenette; double bedroom; bathroom with shower.
Park
The 170 sq m fenced garden is bordered by hedges and flowering plants, with access from both a pedestrian gate on the main road and a paved driveway to a covered parking area for two cars. The veranda adjoining the living area includes a dining table and brick-built barbecue. The lawn, located next to the veranda, is furnished with sunbeds and coffee tables.
Swimming Pool
The pool is situated on the lawn in front of the veranda. Irregular kidney shape; measures 5 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.30 m; PVC lining and white paved border; chlorine purification; internal LED lighting; four steps for access; hydromassage jets. The surrounding area is equipped with sunbeds, coffee tables and a cold-water outdoor shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

villa is located on the edge of Palau, a coastal town known for its coves, crystal-clear waters and striking rock formations shaped by wind and sea. The beach of La Sciumara is a short walk away, and several other beaches, such as Porto Faro, Isolotto and Porto Pollo, are nearby. Ferries from Palau provide easy access to La Maddalena, while inland paths lead to archaeological sites including the Nuraghe Barrabisa and the tombs of the giants at Li Mizzani. Shops and services are within 1 km, with Olbia airport under an hour’s drive.
