Interior
The villa has two floors. The main entrance is on the ground floor, composed of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double sofa bed (with 17 cm think memory mattress), a kitchenette and a laundry room communicating with the garage. Two ramps of stairs go up to the first floor composed of an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen with access out to the large terrace, a corridor along which are two double bedrooms (one of which has access to the large terrace) with ensuite bathroom with shower, a guest bathroom and a pantry.
Park
Once past the automatic entrance gate, an illuminated driveway crosses the first part of the garden and goes up to the paved parking area where four cars can comfortably fit, with two inside the double garage. From here, six steps lead up to the first level of the garden with the solarium and the beautiful infinity pool with great panoramic views of the coast and the sea, located on the south front of the large garden that surrounds the villa. From the solarium and the lawn around the pool, ten steps lead up to the large terrace on the first floor that communicates with the second level of the garden where, near the covered terrace with the dining table, the barbecue is located. In keeping with the peculiarity of the Riviera dei Fiori and its climate, particularly mild even during the cold seasons, the garden is lush with plants, flowers and trees characteristic of the area, with the olive tree undisputed protagonist.
Swimming Pool
The infinity pool with the sea as background is rectangular in shape, measures 11 x 4,50 m with a maximum depth of 1.4 m, has a sand-coloured lining and the purification plant combines automatic glass filtration with natural disinfection resulting from the salinity of the water which guarantees a natural and sustainable chlorination. Two steps facilitate entry into the water and the bottom slopes gently down to a maximum depth of 1.4 m. A stone border separates the pool from the lawn and the solarium equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. The surrounding area is illuminated by spotlights and the pool has internal lighting which creates fascinating nighttime atmospheres. Access to the swimming pool by climbing the 6 steps from the terrace of the bedrooms on the ground floor or going down the 10 steps from the large terrace of the living room on the first floor. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, offering Guests maximum comfort thanks to water heating (available with extra cost).

villa is easily reached by car via the A10 motorway, 10 Km from the Sanremo Ovest exit or 21 km from the Arma di Taggia exit, then along the Aurelia bis to the “Ospedale” exit which intersects Via Pascoli, or by train from the Sanremo station, 4 km away. The bus stop (line 146) on Via Giovanni Pascoli is just a few metres away. The nearest supermarket (CONAD) and the Sanremo Hospital are 2 km away. A short 1 km walk will take you to the city of Sanremo while a 1.5 km walk, or a 4 km car ride, will take you to the Arenella beach. Ventimiglia, on the border with France, is 21 km away and from here begins the French Riviera with its renowned tourist resorts: Menton, Monte Carlo, Nice, Antibes, Cannes and Saint Tropez. Back in Italian territory, not to be missed are the characteristic borghi of Bussana Vecchia (9 km), Dolceacqua (27 km), Apricale (32 km), Dolcedo (34 km), Triora (42 km), and Cervo (43 km). 78 km away is Verezzi, an ancient silent Saracen borgo with panoramic views of the entire gulf and 80 km away is Finalborgo, one of the "most beautiful borghi in Italy", a jewel that enchants with its old-time atmosphere. Varigotti, an ancient borgo that seems to arise from the sea on golden sand, is 86 km away. Finally, 91 km away is Noli, the ancient borgo and former maritime republic where you can lose yourself in the alleys of the historic centre with its loggias, porticoes and 14th century buildings.
