Interior

The villa is on one level. GROUND FLOOR - The main entrance leads into open-plan living area with sitting area and a double sofa bed, dining area and kitchen; one double bedroom; one twin bedroom with joinable beds; one bathroom with shower. French windows lead directly from both bedrooms and the living area to the garden and terrace.

Park

The villa is surrounded by fully fenced private grounds of approximately 2000 sq m, laid out as a Mediterranean-style garden. Plantings include dwarf oleander in three colours, ground-cover pittosporum, laurel, hanging rosemary, verbena, a Botticelli rose garden and a vine hedge, as well as olive, hazelnut, walnut and weeping willow trees. Outside the living room, a terrace is furnished with a table, chairs and large sunshade. Adjacent is a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a sink, wood-burning oven and brick barbecue. A pergola with photovoltaic panels provides shaded parking for two cars and includes a charging station for electric vehicles.

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is located about 10 metres from the house, on a lower level, accessed via four steps; L-shaped with a total surface area of approximately 57 sq m; the rectangular section and square section vary in depth from 1.10 to 1.40 m; lined in anthracite-coloured PVC with non-slip stone-effect finish; salt purification system; access via Roman steps; solar-powered outdoor shower with hot and cold water. The surrounding solarium measures approximately 80 sq m and is paved in Turkish travertine; it is equipped with sunbeds, a gazebo, a sofa and a small table. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
