The house has two floors connected by an internal staircase. Park
The garden extends over approximately 6,000 sqm and features Mediterranean shrubs, olive trees, and lawns. A portico beside the house is furnished with outdoor lounge furniture and overlooks the garden. Next to it is a brick-built gazebo with a dining table and a table tennis table. A second dining area is set under a gazebo on the lawn near the pool. The pool area is located just below the house and is accessible via steps or a sloping lawn. On the opposite side of the villa, a lawn with a children’s swing set is visible from both the portico and the main gazebo. The property is fenced with gated access and has a parking area for up to four cars.

The pool is located on a lower level of the garden and can be reached via steps or a sloping lawn. Rectangular in shape; measures 10.60 x 3.30 m; depth ranges from 1.20 to 1.40 m; lined in light-coloured PVC; accessed via Roman steps; features two hydromassage jets; surrounded by a stone pool terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas; illuminated by internal and external lights. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
