Interior

The villa spans approximately 90 sqm on a single level. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance into a living area with kitchen, dining table and fireplace; reading room with built-in sofas and open fireplace; bathroom with shower; one single bedroom; one double bedroom; one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The washing machine is located in an external compartment.

Park

Casale di Ameli is set within approximately one hectare of countryside, surrounded by olive trees, almond trees, fruit trees and prickly pears. Just outside the villa, a raised terrace spans a wooden pergola with dining table and a relaxation area with outdoor seating beneath a gazebo. Two small stone staircases lead down to the pool area, which is bordered by lawns and shrubs. At the foot of the pool is a traditional bocce court, while an area for playing darts is positioned slightly higher up the slope. Access to the property is via a paved road, with the final 300 m on a well-maintained track. Parking is available for up to two cars within the grounds.

Swimming Pool

The pool lies about 10 metres from the villa and is accessed via two small stone staircases from the raised terrace. Rectangular shape; measures 8 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m; lined in sand-coloured resin; accessed via four Roman steps; saltwater purification system. Internal lighting is activated automatically at dusk, in sync with the garden lighting. The pool is surrounded by a resin-paved sunbathing area, equipped with sunbeds and deckchairs; Outdoor shower. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April until the last Saturday in October.
