Park

The fenced garden covers approximately 450 sqm and is arranged on a single level. Lawns, olive trees and oleander hedges frame the gravel paths and terraces around the house. The pool area is reached via a lit gravel path. A covered patio beside the house includes a dining table. Dry-stone walls and tall hedging surround the grounds.

Swimming Pool

The rectangular pool lies on level ground a few metres from the villa. It measures 9 x 4.5 m with a depth ranging from 0.50 to 1.60 m; lined in light blue PVC; saltwater purification; Roman steps; internal lighting. The pool is edged in Orosei marble and surrounded by lawn and gravel. The sunbathing area is equipped with sunbeds, tables and a large sun canopy. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
