Interior
The villa spans two floors. GROUND FLOOR – Open-plan living area with air-conditioning, sofas, TV, and dining area; modern kitchen with direct access to the terrace through sliding glass doors; bathroom with shower. A separate laundry room near the pool contains a washing machine and shower. FIRST FLOOR - Three double bedrooms; one twin bedroom with joinable beds; bathroom with tub and and shower attachment; balcony with access from the corridor and three of the bedrooms.
Park
The villa is surrounded by a fully fenced garden with olive trees, hedges and a lawn, bordered by a paved terrace. A pathway across the lawn leads to the front door. One side of the villa features a shaded dining area with an awning. On the other side is an outdoor pool with sun loungers, parasols, and a second awning. A driveway and parking area are located on the remaining side.
Swimming Pool
The pool, located a few metres from the villa, measures 9 x 4 m; rectangular in shape; ladder access; diving board; surrounded by a garden; equipped with sun loungers and parasols. Open from 1 May to 30 September.
