Interior
The villa spans two floors and features bright, airy interiors designed with comfort in mind. FIRST FLOOR: Upon entering, guests are welcomed into the air-conditioned living area with a dining table for six and a comfortable sofa, perfectly positioned to enjoy the lake view through large windows. These lead to a terrace furnished with a dining table and rocking chair, ideal for morning coffee or relaxing at sunset. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher and all necessary equipment for preparing meals. This floor also includes a double bedroom with air conditioning, a built-in wardrobe and a garden view, as well as a bathroom with a glass shower. GROUND FLOOR: A staircase with a glass balustrade leads to a study area with a second living room featuring a Smart TV and satellite channels. This space includes a French bed, ideal for children. The corridor leads to a twin bedroom with air conditioning and panoramic French windows that open onto the garden, furnished with sun loungers for tranquil relaxation. This floor also has a bathroom with a large shower and a laundry room with a washing machine.
