The villa is arranged on one floor. A stone path leads from the entrance gate to the front door. GROUND FLOOR – Open plan living room with dining area; kitchenette, access to the garden and an adjoining living room. Hallway to three bedrooms: twin bedroom with bunk beds, en suite bathroom with shower and covered veranda; double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and outdoor area with sea view; double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and access to the garden. Laundry room in an adjacent external room.
Park
The terraced garden is enclosed by hedges and natural vegetation including olives, oaks, myrtle, laurel and aromatic herbs. A shaded outdoor living area with barbecue is accessed from the dining room and furnished with a dining table and seating. Flowering shrubs such as bougainvillea and plumbago add seasonal colour throughout the grounds.
Swimming Pool
The pool is located on a lower terrace, reached by descending 19 stone steps from the garden. Irregular shape; measures 9 x 4.5 m with a constant depth of 1.65 m; lined in PVC; bordered in stone and marble paving; salt purification system; large internal spotlight; four submerged steps for access. The surrounding area is equipped with sunbeds, a large umbrella and a cold-water outdoor shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
