PRIVATE STRUCTURE (lease only). Situated near Vicenza, between Lake Garda and Venice, this impressive country house is a fabulous setting for a break with family and friends. It is nestled in a verdant garden with an inviting outdoor pool, al fresco dining and panoramic views of the woods and valley below. The interiors are full of character, featuring beamed ceilings, exposed stone and fascinating antique pieces. There is plenty to keep everyone entertained, from its huge games room with a pool table to books, ornaments and a collection of retro objets d’art. Each bedroom is unique in style, with one featuring a piano. The highlight for many is the villa’s own cantina in a barrel-vaulted cellar, perfect for sampling local wine and grappa.
Interior
The villa spans three floors, offering ample space for large groups or families. GROUND FLOOR: Guests are welcomed into a modern steel kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, large refrigerator, oven, and two dishwashers, making it easy to prepare meals for all. A full bathroom with a shower is located near the kitchen. Behind the kitchen lies the villa’s ancient stone cantina, a fascinating space for enjoying local wines. A separate entrance leads to a double bedroom with views of the outdoor area and a bathroom with a shower. FIRST FLOOR: This level features a second fully equipped kitchen and a dining room with a large table, perfect for indoor meals. To the right of the kitchen are three bedrooms: two doubles sharing a large bathroom with a shower and a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in shower. To the left are a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a large shower. SECOND FLOOR: The top floor includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. This floor also houses the villa’s impressive games room, complete with a pool table and a comfortable living area. Wi-Fi is available throughout, and the villa is equipped with a washing machine for guest use.

The villa is set within a lush garden, where the façade of stone and wood welcomes you. The outdoor spaces include a covered patio with two large dining tables, ideal for al fresco meals. A wood and charcoal barbecue is available for grilling, while the panoramic views of the valley create an enchanting setting for relaxation.
Swimming Pool
The pool, overlooking the verdant valley, measures 9 x 4 m and is equipped with sunbeds and large parasols. It is open from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September.
