MAIN FLOOR: Guests are welcomed into a bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area featuring large glass doors that open onto the terrace with lake views. The modern kitchen includes a central island with seating for four, a refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher and everything needed to prepare meals for family and friends. Adjacent is a dining table for ten, perfect for enjoying meals together. The principal suite on this level includes a private sitting area, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom and access to a secluded outdoor area, ideal for morning coffee. LOWER FLOOR: A wide staircase leads to the expansive living room, equipped with a wine cabinet, billiards table and access to a shaded terrace. A second living room offers a large sofa and television, making it ideal for relaxation.
