The space is divided into two zones: an upper seating area with a sofa and flat-screen satellite TV, and a lower lounge with two additional sofas, perfect for enjoying the panoramic lake view. Adjacent to the living area is the dining space, which leads to a fully equipped separate kitchen featuring a gas stove, dishwasher, oven and all the essentials for preparing meals. Full-wall windows open onto a sweeping, smooth terrace that offers an inspiring setting for alfresco dining or simply soaking in the views. A staircase connects to the ground floor. GROUND FLOOR: This level is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a games room with a table tennis table, ideal for guests of all ages.
