Interior
The villa is laid out over two floors. GROUND FLOOR – Open-plan living area with kitchen and fireplace; bathroom with hydromassage shower and washing machine connected to one double bedroom; yoga room. All rooms on this floor have direct access to the garden. FIRST FLOOR – Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtub; four further double bedrooms; three bathrooms (one with shower, one with hydromassage tub, one with hydromassage shower); panoramic terrace.
Park
The villa is surrounded by six hectares of partly fenced land planted with olive and fig trees, fruit trees and herbs. Its elevated position offers views over the town of Lari and the surrounding countryside, with the Apennines in the distance. A level garden area wraps around the house and features a portico with a stone dining table and chairs. A wood-fired oven and grill are located nearby. The property includes a private well for irrigation and uses photovoltaic and thermal systems for energy and hot water. Access is via a manual gate, video surveillance and a private driveway leading to a parking area beside the house, with space for six cars.
Swimming Pool
The pool is located to the side of the villa in a slightly raised position, surrounded by trees and overlooking the valley. It measures 10 x 5 m with a depth from 1.20 to 1.50 m; it is purified with chlorine and accessed via Roman steps; electric cover; cold-water shower; a solarium area with sunbeds. The pool is open all year.

La Villa nell'Isola Verde is located in the area of the Pisan Hills, a hilly region rich in chestnut woods and fields cultivated with vines and olive trees in the centre of Tuscany, in the south-eastern area of Pontedera and bordering on Volterra and the Alta Valdera Park. The area, of great naturalistic importance, is dotted with numerous borghi rich in important historical and architectural evidence, such as the Borgo di Lari, a short distance from the property with its Castello dei Vicari; or the medieval borgo of Palaia, with a 1200 church perched on a promontory, and many others all in the immediate vicinity. The area offers numerous opportunities for recreation: nature and sport lovers can take advantage of the long hiking and mountain bike trails, can go horse riding along the country paths, or play golf at the San Miniato course (about 40 km away) or the 18-hole one of Castelfalfi with green and practice bunker (about 34 km away). Fitness enthusiasts can take advantage of the prestigious spa facilities in the surrounding area, such as those of Casciana Terme, just a few kilometres from the property.
