Near the property are numerous historic villas including nearby Villa Torrigiani which can still be visited today together with its wonderful garden, renowned for being one of the most beautiful gardens in Italy. The house is arranged over two floors, connected by two internal staircases. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance into dining room; tea room; main living room with ornamental fireplace and access to external portico; kitchen; guest bathroom with washing machine. FIRST FLOOR – Lounge area with seating and ornamental fireplace; three double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower; one double bedroom; one bathroom with tub.

Park

The house is surrounded by level grounds with lawns, greenery and typical Tuscan trees including cypresses and laurel. The outdoor dining and lounge area is set beneath a portico just outside the French windows of the living room. Within the garden are a tennis court, a five-a-side football area, and various seating areas for relaxation besides a barbecue area and wood oven.

Swimming Pool

For guests seeking refreshment and relaxation, set in the park is the swimming pool, just a short distance from the house and facing a unique panorama. Rectangular and measuring 5 x 8 m with a depth of 1.40 m, the pool is lined in sand-coloured PVC with the edge in Impruneta terracotta and has internal lighting, salt purification and Roman steps for access to the water. The lawn sunbathing area is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and a pergola for shade. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

Tennis

A synthetic tennis court is abailable 50 meters from the property and is for your exclusive use. There are 4 tennis rackets available.
