The villa has two floors. GROUND FLOOR – Living room with ornamental fireplace; kitchen and dining area; bathroom with shower; laundry; indoor pool room with sauna and direct outdoor access. A stone staircase leads to the FIRST FLOOR – Four double bedrooms; two bathrooms with shower.

Park

The villa is set within a lawned garden planted with olive trees, cypresses, chestnut trees and flowering shrubs. A paved portico with dining and seating areas faces the garden and pool. The indoor pool and sauna are located in a dedicated ground-floor room with independent garden access. Parking is available approximately 10 m from the villa entrance, just beyond the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool

The outdoor pool is set in the lawned garden directly in front of the villa and portico; rectangular in shape, it measures 12 x 7.5 m with a constant depth of 1.45 m; lined in granite-coloured PVC; access via Roman steps; salt purification; internal lighting; surrounded by a travertine-paved sunbathing area equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a hot and cold outdoor shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The indoor pool is located in a dedicated room on the ground floor with direct access to the garden; rectangular in shape, it measures 4.5 x 3.5 m with a constant depth of 1.30 m; lined in granite-coloured PVC; access via Roman steps; salt purification; internal lighting; hydromassage stations. The indoor pool is heated and open year-round, except in July and August when the heating is deactivated.
