A shaded veranda next to the pool is furnished with a dining table, built-in sofas, a barbecue and a wood-burning oven, along with a practical outdoor kitchen. On the opposite side of the pool, a small terrace offers a quiet spot to relax and enjoy the surrounding landscape. Private parking is available within the property.

The pool is located in the centre of the property, in front of the villa. Rectangular in shape; measures 10 x 4 m with a maximum depth of 1.80 m; lined with crystal-blue PVC; Roman steps for access; saltwater purification; internal and external lighting; hot-water shower. The pool is surrounded by a stone-paved sun terrace with sunbeds and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
