villa is spread over 3 levels and is accessed directly from the street via several flights of condominium stairs that lead up to the entrance. The entrance, on the intermediate floor, leads into a large living room with fully-equipped kitchen that has direct access out to the panoramic terrace set up as a dining area and equipped with a Jacuzzi tub. From the living room a corridor leads to two bathrooms with shower and two double bedrooms; at the end of the corridor is a spiral staircase connecting the other two floors. Going up the stairs, you come to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and a panoramic terrace furnished with a table for 4. Going down the stairs, you come to a fitness area with gym equipment and a small bathroom with shower.

The property has 2 large panoramic terraces. The main one located on the intermediate floor has direct access from the kitchen and is equipped for dining, or simply just relaxing, whilst enjoying the view and taking advantage of a 6-seat jacuzzi tub. The jacuzzi is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. The second terrace is located on the top floor and is accessed directly from the double bedroom. It also has a breathtaking view and is organised with a table for 4.

The property is located in the centre of Taormina, on the south-eastern coast of Sicily, 100 metres from Corso Umberto, the main street and vital centre of the city. Taormina is a meander of narrow streets and steps, being in the town centre, this house is also reached bye a series of steps. It is also possible to get to the sea in just a few minutes via the cable car that leads to the beaches. From Taormina it is also possible to visit Mount Etna (40 km) and Letojanni (10 km). Finally, we recommend you not to neglect one of the true heritages of the island, that is the food and wine excellences of both land and sea and the unsurpassed Sicilian cuisine, whether a delicious fish, a healthy but tasty vegetable or a delicious dessert based on ricotta, almonds or pistachios.
