The villa is divided into four self-contained units. Two are located on the first floor (accessed via external stairs from the courtyard), and two on the ground floor with direct access to the courtyard. UNIT 1 (first floor) – Living room; kitchen with pantry; guest bathroom; two double bedrooms with divisible beds and en suite bathrooms with shower; one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. Fireplace is ornamental. UNIT 2 (first floor) – Living room; double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. UNIT 3 (ground floor) – Living room; one double bedroom (divisible beds) with adjacent bathroom with shower; one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. UNIT 4 (ground floor) – Living room; four steps lead to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.
