Interior
The villa has three floors, connected by internal staircases. RAISED GROUND FLOOR – Main entrance via the external staircase; hallway; large living room with TV area and decorative fireplace; kitchen with central island; veranda overlooking the pool with dining area, TV and decorative fireplace; guest bathroom; storage room. A few steps lead down to: kitchen, laundry room, study and guest bathroom. LOWER GROUND FLOOR - Games room with table tennis, billiards and cinema corner; wellness room with Finnish sauna (on request at an extra cost), gym equipment and relaxation area; bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower; garage (accessed via internal stairs). FIRST FLOOR - Three double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower; twin bedroom; two double bedrooms, one with queen size bed; bathroom with tub; bathroom with shower; two panoramic terraces.
Park
The park, which covers approximately 5,000 sq m, extends over several levels, partly terraced. It boasts rich and lush vegetation: perimeter hedges and blooms such as roses and oleanders, numerous trees such as olives, fastigiate beech, crape myrtle, jujube and apple blossom. There are fountains with water features and a small raised vegetable garden. On the upper ground floor, a large portico of about 100 sq m overlooking the pool houses the outdoor dining area and a relaxation area. The outdoor parking area can accommodate up to three cars, while a spacious garage, with entrance from the rear of the villa via a one-way road, can accommodate up to seven cars.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is located on the same level as the main entrance and can be reached by exiting the living room windows and the veranda, just a few metres away. Irregularly-shaped, it has a surface area of 140 sq m, with the depth varying from 20 cm at the beach entrance to 1.30 m. The 10 sq m children's pool, 40 cm deep, is lined in dark grey porcelain stoneware and equipped with non-slip steps for entry. It has LED lighting inside the pool and externally in the solarium area and is purified with a salt system. There is an outdoor shower with hot water. The paved sunbathing area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
