From here, you will be able to easily reach and visit the unmissable destinations of Tuscany such as Siena, Montalcino, Pienza, San Quirico d’Orcia, Montepulciano, Cortona, Chiantishire, and the thermal resorts of Rapolano Terme and Bagno Vignoni. Interior
The villa develops on two levels, both communicating from inside and outside through sets of stairs. The main entrance on the ground floor opens onto the living room, which communicates on the right with a billiard table room, and on the left with the dining area and the kitchen (next to the pantry - laundry space); a service bathroom completes the floor. The upper floor consists of the study facing on a panoraic terrace, and the sleeping area with one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and a double bedroom served by a bathroom with shower. Please note, the fireplaces are ornamental.
Park
Inserted within a property of about one hectare, the park of the villa, which is partly fenced, reaches around 2000 sqm and is surrounded by a beautiful countryside landscape. Olive trees, Cypresses and Holm Oaks are present in the lovely park, while in front of the villa, there are plants of lemon, jasmine, and oleander, together with some other flowers in vases. Not far from the main entrance, there is a shady area destined to car parking and also an equipped area for alfresco meals shaded by a sunbed. On the first floor, there is a big panoramic terrace furnished with a sofa and some chairs.
Swimming Pool
The panoramic pool, open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October, is located at about 20 m from the property, and it is reachable through a short walking path in the garden. The rectangular pool, oval-shaped on one side, measures 5x10 m and its depth varies from 1,20 m to 1,85 m. The access to the water is through a ladder. The pool has a chlorine depuration system, as well as an internal lighting system. All around the pool, the solarium area, made of cotto pavement and grass which host tables, sunbeds, sun umbrellas and a cold shower.

Location and distances
Trequanda is an ancient Etruscan hamlet, located in a hilly position and surrounded by typical countryside landscapes on the south of Siena. Geographically, between Val d’Orcia and Crete Senesi, there are also towns such as Montisi, San Giovanni d’Asso, Buonconvento, Asciano, Monteroni d’Arbia and Rapolano. The “Crete” area is an uncontaminated oasis of evocative landscapes where the environment held its rare, original beauty. From Trequanda, with has small shops and restaurants, it is possible to easily reach the nearby Val d’Orcia, with its historic hamlets, and also towns such as Siena, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano, Florence, and many others. The area is well-connected thanks to the A1 Motorway, which is the closest exit is “Valdichiana” at 12 km from the property. The property can easily be reached from the two main airports of the region (Florence, at about 127 km and Pisa, at about 185 km), as well as from the airport of Perugia (at about 80 km from the villa).
