GROUND FLOOR: An open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa; a functioning fireplace; and a well-equipped modern kitchen with an island and dining area. A large window opens onto an outdoor area furnished for al fresco dining, with views of the surrounding hills. This floor also includes a double bedroom with an armchair-bed. FIRST FLOOR: A double bedroom with a sofa bed suitable for one person; and a bathroom with a shower. INDEPENDENT UNIT (GROUND FLOOR): Accessed via a separate entrance, this space includes a double bedroom; a kitchenette; and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. It is designed to accommodate guests with disabilities, ensuring comfort and accessibility.
Swimming Pool
The private pool is located just a few metres from the property, surrounded by ornamental plants and a paved border for sunbathing. It offers a serene and inviting atmosphere with beautiful views of the surrounding hills. Rectangular in shape, it measures 8 x 4 m with a depth of 1.50 m; it is accessed via a ladder; and it is purified with chlorine. The pool is open from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September.
