Interior
The property has two floors connected by internal stairs. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance into the living area with open-plan kitchen and direct access to the furnished portico and swimming pool; double bedroom; bathroom with shower and storage room. FIRST FLOOR – Double bedroom with ensuite whirlpool tub, bathroom with shower and access to the terrace. The laundry is located in an external room.
Park
The fenced garden extends for approximately 1,000 sq m between paving and lawn areas. An iron gate leads to the 2-car parking area, located right next to the main entrance. The portico at the exit from the ground-floor living area is furnished with a dining table and a sitting area. At the back of the house, on a higher level accessible by a short ramp, is the barbecue area with adjacent shower and toilet.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is located on the same level as the ground floor of the villa, about 2 m away. Rectangular and measuring 8 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m, it is lined in white PVC and has a chlorine purification system, Roman steps and a ladder for access. Along the perimeter is the sunbathing area in basalt and synthetic grass, equipped with sunbeds and umbrella. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
