Interior
The villa has two floors. Facing the main entrance, and characterised by the harmony of its frescos, is the large dining room with French windows leading out to the external living area and the swimming pool. To the sides of the main entrance are five double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, a professional kitchen and a bathroom. An internal staircase leads up to the first floor consisting of a sitting room, for the entertainment of adults and children, and, next to it, another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, an additional bathroom and a laundry room.
Park
The villa is set in 4,000 sq m of fully-fenced and well-kept park, full of colours, with an enchanting atmosphere created by the many plants, cypresses, wisteria, rosemary, lavender and roses, that surround the lawn. There is a nice shady area at the poolside set up for outdoor dining, as well as a pleasant bar area for sipping aperitifs while admiring the breathtaking sunsets.
Swimming Pool
Just a few steps from the main entrance is the rectangular pool measuring 14 x 7 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m. Lined in blue PVC, which blends in well with the surrounding landscape, it has a paved edge, chlorine purification and Roman steps for access to the water. The solarium area in lawn is equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs, umbrellas, shower and tables where you can relax under the shade of large centuries-old trees. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

Then the historic city of Orvieto, a treasure chest of art, famous throughout the world for the Duomo, a marvel of European Gothic architecture and St. Patrick's Well, a masterpiece of hydraulic engineering. Lovers of good wine can go to Montefalco, the renowned City of Wine and Oil, passing along the food and wine route known as "The Road of Sagrantino" which winds through five borghi that stand out for their unique art, flavours and aromas.
