Interior
The villa ((about 200 sq m) is spread on one level. GROUND FLOOR – Open-plan living space with sitting area, fireplace, smart TV, dining area and kitchen with island; laundry; three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower. French windows throughout the living and bedroom areas provide direct access to the porticos and garden.
Park
The property is entered via a paved country road leading to a gravel driveway and uncovered parking area. The landscaped garden, covering around 300 sqm, includes gravel paths bordered with light local stone, lawn, cacti, flowering shrubs and mature Mediterranean plants. A portico runs along two sides of the house, furnished with outdoor dining (table and chairs suitable for 8 guests) and lounge areas. A stone barbecue is located near the kitchen entrance. A separate pergola stands between the house and pool, with an additional pergola and sitting area beside the raised hydromassage tub deck. A pond with fountains and lotus flowers completes the setting.
Swimming Pool
The pool lies about 15 m from the house and is reached via a level path across the lawn. Rectangular and measuring 12 x 6 m with a depth from 0.90 m to 2.50 m; lined in mosaic; salt purification; internal and external lighting; diving board; Roman steps and a metal ladder for access. The surrounding 150 sq m solarium is paved with ceramic tiles and equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas. Adjacent to the pool is a raised wooden platform with a salt-purified hot tub for five, manually operated, with lighting. An outdoor pergola beside the hot tub includes sunbeds and seating. The pool area also includes a solar-powered shower and steps down to a changing room with bathroom and hot-water shower. The swimming pool and hot tub are open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

Le vicine città di Ragusa, Modica e Scicli offrono splendidi esempi di architettura barocca siciliana e specialità enogastronomiche. Gli appassionati della serie TV “Il Commissario Montalbano” possono visitare i luoghi delle riprese, come Punta Secca. La costa si raggiunge in meno di un’ora, con spiagge sabbiose a Marina di Ragusa e Punta Braccetto. Le escursioni giornaliere verso Noto, Siracusa e i parchi archeologici del sud-est della Sicilia sono facilmente organizzabili tramite la SS514 e le strade circostanti.
