The lower floor, opening directly onto the garden and pool area, includes four bedrooms: a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom; another master bedroom; two double bedrooms; and a second bathroom with a shower. Three bedrooms are air-conditioned for maximum comfort. This level also includes a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a second living area with direct access to the pool.
