The villa is named after the wind and waves, which have made it popular with kitesurfers. Designed for comfort and furnished in coastal Sicilian colours, this two-storey villa spans a kitchen, living and dining space, as well as three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Large French windows open directly onto outdoor dining and lounging areas, overlooking the lawn. A saltwater pool is fringed with sun loungers and tall palm trees. The nearest sandy beach is a stroll away along sandy paths that border the sea and dunes. The location is also convenient for exploring the coast between Mazara del Vallo and Selinunte.

The villa is arranged over two levels. GROUND FLOOR – Open-plan living and dining area with French windows on three sides; Glass-partitioned kitchen with direct access to shaded outdoor dining terrace; guest bathroom; laundry room. FIRST FLOOR – Two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with shower; one bedroom with bunk beds.
Park
The garden measures approximately 650 sq m and includes a lawn with flowering shrubs around the pool area. The terrace in front of the villa is shaded by a canopy and furnished with a dining table and seating. A second terrace at the back includes a barbecue and additional seating area. A parking area for three cars is located inside the entrance gate.
Swimming Pool
The pool lies just a few steps from the villa, on the same level as the ground floor. Rectangular in shape; measures 11 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m; lined in marble; saltwater purification; submerged Roman steps for access. Surrounded by 300 sq m of stone-paved sunbathing area with six sunbeds. A hot and cold-water outdoor shower is located in a secluded corner. Internal and external lighting allows the pool to be used at night. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Nearby Mazara del Vallo offers architecture, cuisine and a historic Kasbah quarter, while Selinunte and Marsala are both within easy reach. Campobello di Mazara, the nearest town, provides shops and local restaurants, while the beaches of Tre Fontane and Punta Granitola are ideal for swimming and water sports. The area also features cultural sites such as the island of Mozia and the coastal town of Sciacca, known for its spas and ceramics.
