These architectural examples are now heritage of humanity: not are only the trulli of Alberobello protected by Unesco, but all those of the Valle D'Itria as well, like beautiful villa. The property, in addition to the central building, is further embellished by a large swimming pool: a body of deep blue water, surrounded by a lawn and a stone patio where you can relax. The surrounding garden offers striking natural views: olive trees blend with fruit trees and Mediterranean plants while typical dry stone walls bound the property. A short distance away are famous places you can visit, like Alberobello, Ostuni, Cisternino, Bari, Locorotondo, Castellana Grotte, Fasano, Grottaglie, Martina Franca, Polignano a Mare, Gallipoli, Otranto and Lecce.

Interior
The trullo is set on a single level. GROUND FLOOR – The main entrance leads into the living room, which is connected to the kitchen with access to the veranda, equipped with a dining area and built-in barbecue. The layout also includes a lounge with a fireplace and a queen sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, a twin bedroom, and two double bedrooms. One of the double bedrooms features an en-suite bathroom with a shower and offers both an independent entrance (via a French door) and direct access from the adjacent double bedroom.
Park
The 14,000 sq m grounds are planted with olive groves and orchards with an area of the garden dedicated to children with a mini playground. The property has also a lighted beach and tennis court (20 x 10 m). The outdoors also enjoy a patio adjacent to the swimming pool, a relaxing and cosy area, perfect for enjoying the sun and the surrounding panoramic views. This space, equipped with a table and a large sofa, offers the possibility of outdoor lunches and dinners all together. In the immediate proximity, also in the solarium area, there is a characteristic bar kiosk, which becomes a truly enjoyable corner on hot Apulian summer days between leisure and fun. The grounds of the property provide parking for 5 cars in an area adjacent to the house.
Swimming Pool
The pool area is on the same level as the trullo which is about 10 m away. It is ideal for relaxing completely under the hot Apulian sun. The pool measures 10 x 4 m with a variable depth form 1,40 m to 1,60 m. Lined in sky-blue PVC, it has chlorine purification, internal lighting and large steps for entry to the water. The sunbathing area is paved in stone and there is a large covered patio furnished with sunbeds and a nice poolside bar area. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

Location and distances
The Valle d'Itria welcomes its visitors into an expanse of ancient olive trees, surrounded by a redolent red earth which renders the surrounding landscape a succession of unique colour effects with, in the background, the skyline punctuated by the cupolas and pinnacles of the famous trulli. Also known as the Valle dei Trulli (Valley of the Trulli), it stretches between the provinces of Bari, Brindisi and Taranto and includes the towns of Alberobello, Castellana Grotte, Ostuni, Locorotondo, Ceglie, Cisternino, Fasano, Martina Franca, Noci and Putignano. In the heart of the Valle d'Itria, not to be missed is Alberobello with its trulli, Unesco World Heritage site; along all the valley are scattered villages with these typical constructions, like Cisternino and Locorotondo. Nearby are the famous Grotte di Castellana which have often been the ideal setting for performances of Dante's Inferno.
