A furnished gazebo provides shade beside the pool, and to one side of the garden is a five-a-side football area with goalposts. A manually operated gate leads to a parking area with two covered spaces and two uncovered.
Swimming Pool
The rectangular pool measures 7 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.20 m; lined in sand-coloured PVC; chlorine purification; metal ladder for access; one internal spotlight. The pool is surrounded by a paved sunbathing area with sunbeds, umbrellas and a solar shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
