We are at the foot of Mount Nerone, which offers the possibility to go on naturalistic itineraries and have an active vacation: hiking, trekking, horseback riding, canoeing, fishing, and other sports in contact with nature.

The house is spread over two floors with an independent ground-floor unit. GROUND FLOOR – Open-plan living area with a sofa and fireplace; modern kitchen with an island and dining area; large windows leading to a furnished outdoor terrace; one double bedroom. FIRST FLOOR – One double bedroom; bathroom with shower. INDEPENDENT UNIT (GROUND FLOOR) – Accessible via a separate entrance and suitable for guests with reduced mobility); includes a double bedroom, kitchenette, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The lawned garden is terraced and each level is connected by steps and slopes. There is outdoor seating and sun loungers on each level. An outdoor dining area is located on a paved terrace adjacent to the kitchen, with views of the surrounding wooded hills, creating a natural setting for relaxation and al fresco meals.
Swimming Pool
The pool is located a few metres from the house, surrounded by ornamental plants. Rectangular in shape; measures 8 x 4 m; depth of 1.50 m; accessed via a ladder; purified with chlorine. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers. Open from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September.

The nearby town of Apecchio, a 15-minute drive, is known for its craft breweries, offering beer tours and tastings, while local restaurants serve menus inspired by regional beers. For a day by the sea, Lido di Fano on the Adriatic coast (60 km away) offers sandy beaches and seafood restaurants. Other nearby attractions include Sant’Angelo in Vado, home to the mosaics of the Domus of the Myth, and Mercatello sul Metauro, a medieval village recognized with an Orange Flag award. Further afield, the UNESCO-listed city of Urbino showcases Renaissance landmarks such as Palazzo Ducale and the Galleria Nazionale delle Marche. The surrounding area also offers outdoor activities such as canyoning, river bathing, and hiking in the foothills of Mount Nerone.
