The villa is set within 16,000 sq m of fenced, terraced olive groves, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and rocks. Paved and gravel areas are softened by planting including roses, peonies, lavender and rosemary. A shaded portico beside the villa is furnished with a dining table and connects directly to the kitchen and living room. The garden includes a panoramic terrace overlooking the Abbey of Fossanova and the sea in the distance. A six-car parking area is located just inside the entrance gate.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is located on a terraced level around 10 m from the villa; rectangular in shape, it measures 10 x 5 m with a depth ranging from 1.55 m to 2.5 m; lined with blue tiles and bordered with travertine; cholrine purification; internal lighting; two metal ladders provide access to the water. The 80 sq m solarium is equipped with sunbeds, a lounge set and a pergola for shade. A changing room with two showers and a guest bathroom is also available. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
