Interior
The villa is on one level without any steps. The entrance leads into an open-plan area consisting of sitting room, dining room and kitchen, with direct access out to the portico on the sea side. A large hallway leads to the sleeping area consisting of 4 double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
Park
Entering from the main pedestrian gate we come to the approximately 150 sq m garden which surrounds the villa, alternating between synthetic lawn and stone paving. The whole area of the perimeter is planted with hedges that blend the property into the naturalistic context. The large portico on the sea side is organised as an outdoor living and dining area. Also on the same side of the garden is a wooden solarium area, equipped with a heated Jacuzzi tub with chromotherapy, where guests can relax. A short distance away is a large hot-water shower, ideal for cooling off after returning from the beach. There is also a gas barbecue available for guests. At the back of the property is a vehicle-accessible gate that leads to the two open-air parking spaces. Also at the back, adjacent to the kitchen service entrance, is the laundry room.
